Tea & Frequency Vol.2 Workshop by Shaman Tearoom

This one-hour experiential session allows participants to delve into the inner landscape of their minds, contemplate the supermundane, and ease tension caused by the hustle and bustle of life. Accompanied by minimal sound and the taste of tea, a specially prepared sweet from Shaman Tearoom will also be served at the end of the session.

Ben Devlin is touted as one of Australia’s most exciting young chefs. The owner and chef of Pipit in the Northern Rivers region of New South Wales has been raking in the accolades recently, including Regional Restaurant of the Year finalist according to the Good Food Guide in 2023.
For two very special nights, on 5 & 6 September, Ben will bring his clean and distinctly Antipodean style cooking to Yellow Fin Horse at Else Kuala Lumpur. Ben’s semi-fine tasting menu at Yellow Fin Horse will be plant-forward and meat-free. Seafood will be used in the garums and preserves.

His restaurant, Samrub Samrub Thai, has a Michelin star and ranked #31 on Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
For one night, Prin will be taking to the pans at Raw on the ground floor of Else Kuala Lumpur. For dinner? Seafood. Specifically Southern Thai fisherman cuisine; an exploratory menu which not only showcases bold, punchy flavours Prin is renowned for, but narrates the diverse, community-driven cuisine of the island people of the Southern Thai gulf.
